Which currencies does Dhahabi support?
Twelve: US dollar, euro, British pound, Indian rupee, Pakistani rupee, Egyptian pound, Saudi riyal, UAE dirham, Kuwaiti dinar, Qatari riyal, Bahraini dinar and Omani rial. Prices are shown per gram for 24K, 22K, 21K and 18K gold, plus silver.
How do I set a price alert?
Open the Alerts tab, tap add (+), choose the karat, set your target price, and pick whether to be notified when the price rises above or falls below it. You'll get a notification when your target is reached.
Why is the price different from my jeweler?
Dhahabi shows the live international gold price converted to your currency per gram. A jeweler adds a making charge, VAT and a profit margin on top, so the shop price is normally higher. The buy calculator splits a shop's price into those parts so you can see each one.
What do the karats (24, 22, 21, 18) mean?
Karat measures purity. 24K is pure gold; 22K, 21K and 18K contain more alloy, so the price per gram is lower. Which karat is most common depends on the country.
Is the app in English?
Yes. Dhahabi is fully available in English and Arabic.
Does the app require an account?
No. Dhahabi needs no login. Your portfolio is kept on your device, and we don't collect your name, email or any personal identity.
How much does it cost? Is there an Android version?
Dhahabi is free to download, with an optional in-app subscription. It is an iPhone app (iOS 17 or later); there is no Android version.
